Do you service video arcade machines?
Generally, no. Video arcade machines with original CRT monitors and original circuit boards are outside the scope of our business. We do occasionally buy these machines, but rarely service their hardware. If we happen to be at your location working on a pinball machine, we may take a quick look at your video arcade game if you ask nicely, but please don't expect much. :)

Do you "restore" pinball machines?
It depends on your definition of "restore". We prefer the term "refurbish" because it more accurately describes the kind of work we perform. We will make your machine play as well as possible (and often better than ever). We do not touch-up and clearcoat playfields. We do not perform playfield swaps. We do not repair cabinet carpentry and artwork. If you can find someone capable of doing those services, they are extremely expensive and time-consuming and require more talent in those areas than we possess. If that's what you're looking for, I'm sorry but we will not be able to help. Also, for what it's worth, we believe that a machine with a bit of wear is just as good and just as fun as a machine that looks brand new. Your pinball machine does not have to look like a million bucks to be enjoyable. But that's just our opinion, man.

Where can I play pinball publicly in London?
Tilt Arcade is a pinball arcade in downtown London. See tilt.bar.
Is there a pinball league in London and are you affiliated with it?
Yes, there is a League. No, I'm not directly affiliated with it. The London Pinball League began in 2013 and ran monthly tournaments until March of 2020. The group has yet to start meeting in a post-pandemic world, but likely will eventually. For more information on the League, check out their Facebook page HERE.
How much is my machine worth and is it worth fixing?
It very much depends on a number of factors. The era, the specific title, condition, location, and functionality of the machine will dictate what it's worth. Prices have been on the rise for many years and your pinball machine is almost certainly worth fixing unless it's a moldy, rusty and rodent-infested basket case. Generally speaking, a pinball machine is worth anywhere from a few hundred to several thousand dollars. For a more specific idea of what your machine is worth, please contact us and we'll give you our honest opinion.
